Hired as Crisis Manager for a large, petrochemical refinery facing a severe cash crisis, Buccino took the reins as interim CFO, preparing an emergency financial plan which led to a successful infusion of needed capital. Buccino managed all cash, treasury and accounting functions, prepared a longer-term business plan and successfully negotiated a restructuring plan that allowed for preserving the company’s value and ability to stay in business.
